Today I spoke with the owner of Interstate National Truck and Trailer in Phenix City, Al. Mr. Kenneth agreed I had been done unfairly by a weekend employee and refunded my funds. He apologized several times and ask me from now on to call him directly on his cell phone number he gave me. He also offered a free service call the next time I need assistance. I would do more business with this business!
