Terrible device and they do not keep their word. Needed it it for a deal and they were suppose to send one out, now they are trying to get me to buy one if I need it earlier.

There product is garbage,there service is nothing but lies,But good news,we are in the process of filling a class action lawsuit,I will furnish everyone with details in the next 30 days,we have been in the automobile business for over 30 years and understand the gps business,there product is junk

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! You are warned. They sell garbage for top dollar. As a dealership, we invested thousands of dollars in their product (they claimed to be the best) to protect our inventory. With in weeks after instillation units started failing. Call support and they say, bring the car to lot so they can troubleshoot with me on the phone. It is understandable with hick ups but over 65% failing is not a good product. They say sorry can't help you. Support is non responsive. I asked for replacements and that was a dead end. I asked for a refund that was also a dead end. Here is what they are doing, they are testing the product through trail and error and wants us, small businesses, to pay for it. BEWARE.

We purchased many Gps tracking units from this company for our car dealership and after few months many of the units stopped working! This was the worst investment we made and a waste of thousands of dollars and time. They said to send them the bad units so they can check for the problem!! But the units are installed under the dash and the cars are everywhere . We were able to check few units and the problem was with the units. They were dead with no lights when connected to a power source. Now more than two third of the units we purchased went completely dead and we’re finding more going bad as time passes. BE WISE.
