In tandem, this powerhouse of a team is committed to delivering the highest quality food, with the very best service to a very discerning audience. A Judd was born into a family of culinary entrepreneurs- his grandmother, "Nanny", owned "Big Mary's Café" in Dallas, and had the unique experience of serving both Lee Harvey Oswald AND Jack Ruby (but not on the same day, of course!), and his aunt owned a restaurant called "Tina's". Weekends were spent around the kitchen table making tamales, rice, stuffed jalapenos, and the like. Food and service were a natural vocation for Judd as he sought employment in his teen years. His early career began at Dominoes Pizza, and he continued to moonlight in the food service industry from 1986 until today. Judd's passion for serving others and his extremely strong work ethic and "get it done" attitude has elevated him as the go-to-guy for most any task.
