This is my first time to Wisconsin; here on a 1-week business trip. I'm a professional--suit and tie--kind of guy. I own my business and I am fortunate to travel all of the states. In my travels, I've been to hundreds of restaurants. I had a good day and wanted to top it off by winding down at a local eatery with some good food, good drink and hopefully a NBA playoff game. In my aimless wandering of Milwaukee, I noticed a banner claiming "Voted #1 BBQ in Wisconsin". Well, being from Texas, I had to see just how good this BBQ was. Long story short, I didn't feel truly 'welcomed' from the time I walked in. The waitress gave me the menu, I asked where the RR's were, set the menu on the table, went to wash my hands, came back and the menu was gone. Ok, no worries, maybe she didn't process the reason why I asked where the RR's were and thought I actually left. She took her time bringing me a glass of water and was about to leave; I had plenty of time to review the whole menu several times before she came back with the glass of water mind you. I told her that I was ready to order. She took my order and left. Then she came back to get the order again because she forgot; then took off again. Once I finished eating I went to wash my hands again because there are no wet wipes or wet towels at the table like most other BBQ places will have. When I came back, my food and drink and been taken up and the table cleaned. So much for relaxing. I was so upset I was speechless.
