I really enjoyed dealing with John immensely.

Service was great, friendly service persons. Repairs were completed on time. The problem was making an appointment for service had to call 5/7 times, because of being transfer to wrong dept. are unanswered phones. Hate talking to a recording.

My sales person was Derrick he was awesome. Helped me out with anything I needed help with and was quick to get answers when I needed them. The only complaint I have was I needed to get on the road and back to work and it took a lot longer than I anticipated. Took two woke days to make a deal. First day waited 8 hours and second day I was there for 10 hours. Other than the wait everything was great.

We are super excited with our purchase ,, the sale and our finance person was awesome , I have told many people about how great I was treated... I would purchase another vehicle from them.

My experience started rough but Anita the customer relations manager assisted U.S. and made everything right and we were pleased.

They had my vehicle ready to drive off even though I had not test drove it yet. Paperwork was ready to go when I got there. So when we decided it was the car for my son, everything was even faster to close the deal and drive off in the new vehicle.

Can't say enough good about our experience at Allen Samuels. Chris, our Sales Consultant, was extremely accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the exact truck that I was looking for. Taylor, the Internet Director, helped answer questions and really developed a rapport with us. We felt extremely comfortable with these guys and I feel like they dealt with us in an honest and up-front way. Our financing process was quick and simple and I got the deal I was looking for.
