In assisting me with my phone purchase, your experienced staff was really helpful. Prior to delivery, I called to adjust my order, and your personnel handled the modification over the phone without the smallest trouble. Your personnel was again incredibly helpful over the phone when there was a small mix-up with the delivery. They were able to remedy the error and have the rectified portion of the order sent to me by the next morning via overnight delivery.
