These guys were awesome! First off, the woman who set up my appointment was very kind and professional when speaking on the phone. Even when something had to be briefly rescheduled, she was fast, and extremely organized.

I wanted to give my business to a local cleaning company but they didn't do a good job at all on my carpets . So I did my research and called up All Pro Carpet Cleaning based on the great recommendations.  You all were right! I am a new forever customer of this company!

They showed up right on time and did an absolutely wonderful job with my rug and full-size sofa. The cleaning agents they used smelled fresh and the fragrance was pleasing but not not strong. Usually industrial grade cleaning agents are overwhelming and linger for days. These just cleaned thoroughly and the scent dissipated naturally in a matter of hours!

As per our request we got the price quote for the cleaning before he started, it matched what the prices that we were originally given over the phone. The whole cleaning and the transaction was a totally positive, relaxing experience! ï¾ 

My impression of All Pro Carpet Cleaning workers is that they are polite, punctual, reasonable and take their job SERIOUSLY. ï¾ I'm going to be a repeat customer.

The owner of All Pro Carpet Cleaning took out time to speak to me to discuss my carpet cleaning and scheduling , which was amazingly nice I have to say. Getting to speak to the big dog is very not normal in this kind of business but I'm glad I got that chance. He set me up with an appointment and it was kept--my carpets are clean!!
