They won't stop until the problem is fixed. Nick personally came out to make sure the problem was fixed and I and my Neighbor were satisfied with our air-conditioner repairs. You don't see this level of service much these days and it is a welcome reprieve from the typical lack of customer service. Nicks Air is an A+ in my book. Thanks Guys!!!

We loved the superb work that was done by their staff concerning the installation of our new air conditioning and heating system. We can't say enough about the expertise of their staff, starting with the salesman. He represented the company in a most professional manner - not common these days. He was never pushy in selling us the unit, which was a big plus for us. The installation team was great. We can't say enough about them. Their knowledge and expertise concerning the installation was simply out of this world. Not only were they knowledgeable, but thorough and neat. They cleaned up continuously and were so careful when they had work to do on the inside. We have recommended Nicks Air to our friends with the same positive result. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the company and crew for the job they did – extremely grateful for the next-day installation, it's great.

My air conditioner stopped working and wouldn't you know it, it happened on a Saturday. I called Nick's Air Conditioning and Nick, the Owner answered my call. He was at my home in under thirty minutes, as I had explained to him I had a dog with heart issues and she could not be in the heat too long. I was pleasantly surprised that what Nick's Air Conditioning advertises is actually what they offer. If more companies did business along these lines, it would definitely put the "service" back in customer service. Emergency service, regular service, whatever it is, I'll be using Nick and Todd for sure. Thanks again guys and stay hydrated!

My cehtral heat system was making a squeal when the blower started running. I was afraid it was a bad bearing and would need replacement. A neighbor suggested I contact Nick's Air Services. I called Nick and he had a technician come to my house in less than an hour. The problem as a piece of paper caught in the blower fan. He checked the whole system and charged me for only a system checkup. These guys are really good! Lewis
