I came to Diana with chronic pain in my lower back, hips and buttocks, and after only a few myofascial release treatments from her I am happy to say it has made a significant difference in the quality of my life. I have sought out many treatments for my pain (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy and more) but didn’t find the relief I was seeking until I tried myofascial release. It works for me. And Diana is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and recommends tips and exercises for me to try afterward.
