I worked with Jennifer Brown a few month ago. My business had several lines with Sprint and the bill ran me over $1000 a month. When I contacted her she was extremly friendly and set up a time to meet with me at my business so i didn't have to leave work. She went through a few of my bills and said she could help so i gave her the reins. After signing a little bit of paperwork she was off. Within 3 days Jennifer got back with me and told me she had the problem figured out and she might have a package i would like. She showed me plans from different carriers and which phone lines i had that were costing me the most. I decided to switch carriers and she set everything up with the new company for me! She was able o cut my bill by more than half! I couldn't believe it. I never had to leave my chair! She came back the next week with all 15 phones and new contracts. She sat down and went through all the contract details and new billing information. She then showed me and my employees how to use their new phones!! She contacted the representative at the new carrier and introduced me and I have been happy ever since. Jennifer was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable in her feild. I have never worked with a wireless person who was so helpful! I would hire Jennifer and the company again anytime! I still call her anytime I need something from the wireless store and she goes over there and gets it for me! Amazing customer service!
