I hired Becky to do our move out cleaning on our apartment. We settled on a date and a time, and I agreed to pay extra for mileage since we lived a bit far away. The day before our appointment I called to confirm, and she never returned my call. I also tried by email. In all, I called 3 times and emailed 3 times and never got a response, and Becky never showed up for the appointment. This was a month ago and I still have never heard from her. I wound up doing the move-out cleaning myself at 8 months pregnant. I cannot speak to her actual work, but I do not recommend her as a reliable cleaning service.
