If you value honesty, go somewhere else. I received a quote for a tow dolly by phone. It was then confirmed via text. I gave them a $500 deposit over the phone. Then I drove over 4 hours to pick up my new trailer and they refused to honor the price I was quoted. The manager wasn't even man enough to come out and speak to me. He hid behind one of his warehouse workers. If they can't even stand behind a quoted price, what are the chances they stand behind their products?

Do not do business with these people. The product they sold me is unusable. It was made in China and so badly fabricated that’s literally a write off. The customer service was a bad joke. I was cheated.

This company doesn't care about quality at all. They sell you the trailer and then you are pretty much on your own. I purchased the trailer and it was damaged and they did nothing but give me a hard time about the claim even though I followed their acceptance process to the "T". Quality issues with wiring on the lighting and it doesn't matter that the lighting problem is unsafe. They don't respond even when writing their company. I believe they take advantage that they are in a different state. Customer service is absolutely the worst I have dealt with. Beware of purchasing from this company.

WOW. Run. They put on a good face until they have your money, then your up creek without a paddle. Packaging BAD for in office let alone UPS who impacts every package. High prices for C stock you get (missing gelcoat, does not lineup). Horrible CS (most every response was a lie, broken and no response). Owner and sales rep knowingly took advantage of a permanently disabled. They keep hiding who they are. RUN FAR AWAY.
