I hired them to replace 5 windows. These guys were excellent from start to finish. The presentation was great but I was still skeptical about the work after I hired them. They eliminated my fears as we went further thru the process, they communicated with my HOA for approval and installed all windows with great work on time. I highly recommend them.

We hired Custom Concepts to do a deck job on a short timeframe. They did an excellent job, from A to Z. They handled the demo of the existing structure, got all the necessary permits quickly, got approval from the HOA of the community, coordinated times for construction with the tenants, and.... best of all, built a beautiful, safe, and value-enhancing deck on the back of our rental property. I can't say enough about how CCC handled this job so fluidly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Custom Concepts installed new James Hardie siding and GAF roof ventilation at the gutters. New GAF roof and gutters. New Marvin windows. Replaced the deck surface with Fiberon material and the railing with AZEK material. Custom Concepts is an excellent company to work with. The owners, Danny and Mike, are clearly knowledgeable about home construction. They have installed James Hardie siding (replacing 1950 installed wood siding), replaced my roof, replaced my deck surface and railing, and install new windows. Anyone looking to use James Hardie siding should contact them for an estimate. They know what they are doing with this product. I previously have had Hardie installed on my addition and it was not installed properly. The roof, new gutters, new windows look great. In particular, the deck looks fabulous. The office team is great to work with. Everyone is very polite and they answer emails promptly. Based on other estimates that I got for the above projects, I believe they are very competitive.
