Horrible. I ordered a custom ottoman from the company; it was supposed to be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, but actually took over ten weeks to arrive. When it came, I was shocked to see that they had made it from the wrong side of the fabric, despite emails and a note pinned to the fabric clearly indicating which side was the front of the fabric. Since then, the company has mysteriously refused to respond to any emails or phone calls regarding the matter. Really, as unprofessional as any I can imagine.

Do not do business the Jason and Teresa Agamedi or there many different "named" entities! We went through Etsy where they use the name "Custom Ottoman Designs". Order placed on 5/3 promised delivery 6/30, it is now 9/26 and no item, which was paid in full up front. They offer nothing but excuses and now they will not communicate at all. Agamedi Designs/Custom Ottoman Designs are thieves!
