I used to work with Chef Bradley and was consistently blown away by his culinary vision. That said, with experience in both the business of selling food and a love of dining out, I'm a hard critic. This new restaurant is off to a great start! From the long bar with flat screen TV's, to the open dining area and romantic private rooms, this place has everything! I loved my appletini which was actually made with real fruit puree rather than some neon green puckers! The draft beers and wine were well-selected. Some highlights from our dinner for 4 included an artfully cooked pizza and a Louisiana style shrimp and grits. Everyone enjoyed their entrees but the clear winner was the scallops dish. We can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for food and drinks that actually taste GOOD, not mediocre.
