Brief Consults & Psychotherapy As a Harvard-trained clinician in Amherst NH, near Nashua, I evaluate and treat individuals for problems at home, work, or school. Experiences in childhood and later can create anxious or depressed feelings or behaviors that we want to change. I help adults lessen these problems, and I help parents make their relationship with their child more loving and respectful. My goal is to help you make an important change, not only to "manage" what has been bothering you. For 5 years I served on the faculty of a major medical center. I am trained in evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in evaluating and treating individuals who have faced upsetting changes and trauma. My approach is based on your strengths, our relationship, and good science.
