I've tried having this company plow for two years now. The first year was difficult but now I've fired them. Last year, when I hired them, I had a conversation with the owner to explain what I needed plowed. When snow came they plowed more than needed which resulted in them tearing up my yard(which they promised to fix but didn't). I had another conversation with the owner-Keanu Martin-in which I was assured it would be him doing my plowing this year, not his employee like last year. This past Monday we had a huge snowstorm, his employee came to plow, got stuck and left without finishing. No communication to me whatsoever. Talked with the owner two days later in which I was informed "I have 65 accounts so I cannot be everywhere at the same time." I asked why I wasn't told that the plower didn't finish and I got the same answer. So incredibly unprofessional.
