I was hit by a car when I was crossing the street in Santa Ana on February 1, 2013. I will never forget that day. I was crossing the street outside of the crosswalk and I got blamed for causing the accident. I attempted to hire an attorney but no one would take my case because the police report was against me. I want to take the time and thank Avrek Law Firm for helping me in an accident I was involved in a couple of years ago.  I was coming home from work, driving on the 405 freeway when traffic got congested and everybody began to slow down. I slowed my car down when I heard a loud sound behind me. It all happened so fast that some of the details are still a little fuzzy. I looked in my rearview mirror and the only thing I remember was getting hit from behind and getting pushed so hard into the car in front of me that I skidded into the next lane.  I’m not sure how I got out of my car but overall, I am, up to this day, very blessed to have survived such a bad accident.  My car had been turned into an accordion.  That was how bad the other car rear-ended me. I had to stay in the hospital because of my injuries but when I got home, I had to deal with the insurance.  Dealing with the insurance was frustrating and I felt like I was getting nowhere with them.  They wouldn’t pay for my car and even had the audacity to say I contributed to the accident!  I began to Google personal injury attorneys and found Avrek Law Firm.  I called their office and spoke to one of their attorneys for over an hour.  Attorney Maryam Parman was so patient and helpful that I decided to hire her firm to represent me.  She along with her staff helped me get paid for my vehicle since my car was a total loss and there was no way that it could have been repaired.THANK YOU AVREK LAW FIRM!!

I am very grateful for Avrek Law Firm's attorneys and staff. I was involved in a car accident as a passenger and was pretty badly injured. I've never once in my life been involved in something like that before. I was lucky enough to have found them and they were not only friendly and caring but were attentive and supportive during this tough time. My injuries prevented me from being able to do the everyday things that I used to do and Avrek Law Firm helped me reach my recovery and handled the stress of dealing with the insurance company and all the medical bills for me. They in a sense saved my life! I met the attorneys and the staff that worked on my case, which was a huge relief that I was able to put a face to the voices over the phone. Their location in Irvine was easy to find and not far from where I live. I was attacked by my neighbors dog in 2012 when I was playing in the street with my kids. This dog managed to drag me down to the street and proceeded to dig into my arm. The dog did so much damage that I had to go to the emergency room and get 37 stitches in my forearm. I had no idea what I could do or what type of law firm to hire. I called Avrek Law Firm and they came out to meet me immediately. They also set me up with a specialist so that they could monitor the scarring from the huge gash. When it had healed (leaving a massive scar), they then had a plastic surgeon fix the scar. It is barely noticeable now! Avrek Law Firm helped me through the whole case. I never really had to worry or do any legal paperwork. They got me a major settlement for the issues that I had to go through. I was able to get my scar fixed and walk away with some money for pain and suffering. I am so thankful that I called Avrek Law Firm and they were so willing and ready to help me.
