I ordered a custom tray and paid for it plus rush fee almost 2 months ago. got some excuses at first. have not gotten any response in a month. the phone number is disconnected and we have contacted Paypal to get our money back. found others on the web who have been scammed by her. wish i had checked her out before I paid.

I ordered a custom tray back in November 2012. I was given a couple of excuses and have not received anything. I have submitted a claim through PayPal to get a refund. I would either like our merchandise or a refund.

Jan Sebastian is untruthful and definitely not honest. Do not deal with her. She has never filled the order of a tray that I had ordered and paid for well in advance despite her many promises.

Ditto to the previous messages. I ordered a tray in August 2013. It's now December 2013 and I have not received my tray. Jan Sebastian lacks professionalism, integrity, honesty and seems to be quite incompetent. Shame on me for not doing my homework before handing her $140 of my hard earned money.
