I have used Fred for years for both mechanical and body work. He is very diligent about his work and wants to do the best job possible. He understands "old fashioned" service for his customers. I have also used Fred for the selling of cars. He seeks out buyers and saved me the problem of people showing up who are not really buyers. I believe it has about ten years since I started with Fred and have been most satisfied. Bob Fulstone.

Over the past several years, Garcia's has restored three collectible automobiles for us . . . a 1956 XK-140 Jaguar, a 1969 280-SL Mercedes-Benz, and a 1973 XKE Series III Jaguar. The '56 XK 140 was a total, ground up restoration, which ended up looking, and driving, better than new. The attention to detail, mechanical and artistic, provided by Garcia's is timely, thorough, and professional. The shop is spacious and tidy with plenty of room to safely store vehicles if you are in need of a climate controlled environment for your special automobile. We always feel welcomed when we stop by . . . often just to check what interesting vehicles might be in the shop for repairs/restoration. We highly recommend Garcia's for all your classic vehicle needs. Indeed, the shop is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown St. Louis. Stop by and check it out. I brought a beat up XKE V12 to Fred to "make it pretty and run...on a tight budget!", an impossible task but Fred and Bobby did an absolutely fabulous job. The body work is fantastic, made the car look fully restored for a fraction of the cost. The engine got a few upgrades and runs better than ever. Fred stood behind his work and made a fan out of me.
