I've bought 6 houses in the last 20 years, and had a home inspection on each one. This home inspection was the most thorough. The report documented with photos not only the things that were potential problems, but also all the things that the inspector looked at that were fine. He found a small missing bit of grout in a shower, and showed photos of the temperature of the refrigerators. and some slightly damaged roof tiles. The price of the inspection was the same as others, but I felt that the attention to detail and the quality of the report was higher than any other report.
