They don't even deserve one star. We went to them for an engine swap and they lied about cost and continually raised it, they lied about things wrong with our car just so we would pay more for parts, they made us pay Ford Dealership for a diagnosis because they didn't know what was wrong, they put in two blown motors and one blew while driving my kids on the highway, and now they are charging us to put in a good motor. They told us we have a year warranty which they said they never said now, they told us to take them to court because we wont pay anymore. They told us it would be $500 for labor, $600 for engine, we now have paid them more then $2000 and they've had our van for over a month and a half, and still have it because we wont pay anymore!!! Now as a mom of three little kids I am stuck with no car and now court fees because they need to be out of business!!!! Do not trust them, they don't know what they are doing at all!!!!

These people replaced my daughters engine total cost $1400.00. A week later we had to take it back because of a bad oil leak. It was the main rear seal. $20 part but $350 in labor because they had to drop the engine again. I asked why they wouldn't automatically replace a $20 seal in a 2002 engine while the engine was dropped and their response was well it's under warranty so you can file a claim with the person you bought the engine from to get reimbursed. So I did and guess what?? Claim denied because they said replacing the main rear seal when replacing an engine is considered routine maintenance and should've been checked and replaced at the time of the engine replacement. I wish I would've listened to the reviews on other sites but they were a coworkers family so I thought they were honest. Lesson learned!!
