Scheduled to have an appliance repair on 6/26/2017 between the hours of 9am-12 noon. At approximately 11:52 am I contacted the company at 337-354-9963 and spoke with an employee whom did not identify herself. I questioned if a repairman would be coming to my home since it was very close to the end of the time frame in which they quoted. She then told me that the reason no one had made it to my home yet was because "Aaron" didn't make it in to work until 11:00am. I then explained to her that perhaps someone should have called to make us aware of this. She then proceeds to tell me that they do not service homes in the city in which we live. I questioned why no one had not made us aware of that upon the inital appointment request. She simply had no answer and became very rude. I defended myself and told her that I was going to leave a negative review with American Home Shield which is the company they are contracted through. She told me that she wasn't worried about me and that I was rude and hung up on me. This is not how a customer service representative should ever handle a call with a customer and this certainly is not how a business with less than 10 years in operation should be functioning. I can definetly see why we were not contacted about Aaron's late arrival into work today. There seems to be lack of organization, lack of time management, lack of prioritizing and most definetly lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I wish this
