I wish I could say I had a good experience with this company (Tim Kramer in particular). We needed him to do a simple repair on our flooring, however, the quality of his work wasn't anywhere near what it should have been for the amount of money we paid. He left our new flooring uneven where the seams were, put down a bead of silicone that he didn't smooth out, therefore making the seams even more uneven, left a few cuts/nicks in the frame of our sliding door (where he'd had to cut out part of our old flooring) and left his mess for us to clean up. When we got in contact with him about our dissatisfaction, he DID come out to see what was wrong, however, he came into our home immediately defensive of his work. We had to argue with him on all the mistakes he'd made, yet all we kept hearing was one excuse after another. After some very awkward, stressful moments, he proceeded to say he was sorry for our dissatisfaction and practically booked it our of our house. When you're paying for a company/person to do work for you and you're not satisfied, the least they can do it make it right. While Tim seemed nice up at first, when his quality of work was taken into question, he turned into someone completely different. While we love to support small businesses, THIS is NOT the one to support!
