I met Mr Quillen while signing up my 3 year old daughter for one of his classes. After speaking with him and observing classes at the Moo Sa Black Belt Academy I felt his teaching style and motivation was just what I was looking for in a workout program, so I signed up for a trial kickboxing class. After one hour I was hooked. He took the time to be sure I was getting the most from the program by teaching the proper way to hit, kick and condition. I Look forward to my classes each week. It is a great break for "mommy" and I never felt better. Mr Quillen runs an exciting upbeat class that keeps you wanting to go back. I highly recomend trying it out. You won't regret it!!!! :)
