We are a gourmet preserve company based in the NW, specializing in innovative sweet and savory preserves.

Working with small local farmers and other producers our products are the best that the NW has to offer. We work with Stottle winery to make some fantastic Jams and conserves that feature not only the best NW berries and stone fruit, but some of the best local wine. We also make Chutney's, syrup's, BBQ sauce and much more. Soon to come would be some fantastic baskets for the holiday season! Featuring our preserves, hand made caramels and Vino.
