Tae Kwon Do Self-Defense and Instruction
At the World Martial Arts Training Center we teach Chang Moo Kwan military styled Taekwondo in strict accordance to the principals established by the late Supreme Grandmaster Nam Suk Lee. We specialize in open hand self defense. Our curriculum consists of striking, kicking, elbows, knees, pressure points, takedowns, submissions, and traditional forms. Our instructors are dedicated and driven to help every student become a well rounded, intelligent, modern day warrior for this day and age!
