I live in a condo that was managed by a company a wel known large company for almost 4 years. Our management fees went up every year and so did our assessment fees. The customer service was horrible and my payments were always getting "lost" and not applied to my account. Sometimes they would apply it to my neighbors account. Our board finally decided to change management companies. We took a chance and went with G&S. Everyone is knowledable. I havent had a lost payment with since we switched companies. We have a community website now. I can look at my own account on our website and watch to make sure my payment shows up and it does!! Our property manager and the accounting person showed us how to save money so next year our fees can come down! Thank goodness for change and thank you G&S.

Stay away from this company. The personnel are incompetent and plain rude. Our property is not being managed at all. Lights are out in the common areas. Parking is a disaster. I am trying to get my assigned parking space for almost three months now, and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. The service requests are ignored. Communication does not exist. None of my calls/emails has been returned. The property manager - Valerie Stark - never picks up her phone. The customer service agent - Ron - hangs up on me when I call the office. The owner - Ghilda Fries - is rude and incompetent and even tried to threaten me during the only one converation we had. The only thing they excel at is insulting and yelling at their customers. Save your money and hire the company that actually does the work.

As of now, i'm sure there are management companies around that are much better than this one but my condo board didn't give us a choice, they are rude and unaccountable, hard to contact our rep and then told other CS people can help? don't answer emails or phone calls!
