Solo Attorney, Lawyer - Home Insurance Claim Denials, Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Real Estate, Appeals, Malpractice, Child Custody, Consultation I was born and raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, where I grew up playing sports, fishing, camping, and otherwise enjoying the outdoors. I completed my formal education by earning a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Michigan Law School, where I served as a Student Attorney for the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society, and as captain of the Law School's "MLaw" Recreational Hockey Team. The decision to open my own practice came in part from a desire to prove to myself and to those I have the opportunity to represent that top-notch legal service and top-notch client service are not mutually exclusive. I believe that no client should feel compelled to sacrifice one in order to get the other.
