I’ve been using Melissa for three years now and feel confident in leaving my home in her able hands. She has the security codes, making it nice when I travel to come home to a clean house. I have never worried about anything being lost or stolen, I only mention that, as I know it is a concern for many. She uses my supplies and lets me know when I need something, I’ve even gotten her to pick it up and I have reimbursed her. She is prompt, thorough and my house sparkles when she leaves. She has a rotation routine for when she does fans , baseboards, and is always more than happy to do any little extra you request. She treats the house like it is her own! In this day and time, it is nice to have a trusted service provider who truly gets the meaning of customer service.
