I called First Class Moving to schedule a date and time for them to move my family to our new house. I called again to confirm the arrangements and spoke at length with them about the details of the move. When moving day came, they never showed. I called the company several times, and no one answered. My husband (who has a serious back injury) and I were forced to move ourselves at the last minute. This company is not reliable!
