I had a terrible experience with these people which cost me thousands of dollars which I have no way of getting back. I totally regret my association with Assurance.

If I could rate this business a zero, I would. I hired Assurance Real Estate Services to manage my rental property. This was a HUGE mistake that cost me thousands of dollars. Jann moved homeless (they were living in a motel) tenants into my house, and 3 years later, I replaced flooring in the entire house, re-painted the entire inside, and spent days cleaning the filth and trash that was left behind (including human feces). I asked Jann to do inspections several times, and she failed to complete them. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY.
