These guys are great! I used them to clean a rug my dogs had their way with and they did such a great job. Highly recommend them.

They spent lots of time on the phone answering my questions about the chemistry of fabric stains, how the various cleaning & restoration techniques work and what sort of outcomes can result. I rarely find someone so interested in ensuring that the customer understands the service before they agree to pay for it.

They have a confirmation call and will call when on the way. My carpet had pet stains from my dog being sick. The guy was friendly, informative, and prompt. There were no smells afterwards. Would definitely recommend!
