Cleaning Master, NYC (347) 896-2580 I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I set up an appointment and NO ONE SHOWED UP! Then I called multiple times a day for days on end just to get no return call. I called from a friends house and they picked up and was given no reason for not showing up. We agreed to set another appointment The appointment was set for 2 weeks from the date of our conversation and yet again, NO SHOW. I left a message on their machine not expecting to get a call back. I did receive a text message back stating that "we just checked our schedule and you are scheduled next Sunday. We are really sorry again for the inconvenience." Now, the Sunday came for the day that they supposedly had me schedule for and Low and behold, NO SHOW! So because of this VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY ran company, I lost 2 days of work just to do the cleaning myself. It is a good thing that I did not refer my wife's 2 co workers to this company or I would have looked like a jackass! SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE YOU TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO USE THEM! Good new travels fast but bad news... TRAVELS FASTER!!!!
