I always panic over how best to get from LaGuardia airport to the city without being "taken for a ride" by some inept, impolite taxi driver. Manhattan VIP Limo is the perfect solution. Rate is quoted by the website. I decided to call to confirm and the customer service rep couldn't have been nicer, telling me "no problem, I am here for you" when I needed to find my purse to confirm with credit card. I received the same courteous service on calling for a return reservation. Cars were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this limo service.

All I can say is that we had the best experience booking with Manhattan VIP Limo. My mother had rented a limousine for my 30th birthday party where we had multiple stops throughout NYC. We were told a few hours before our booking that they would be giving us the party bus instead, and told us "Wish your daughter a happy birthday". Our driver made the night and was absolutely amazing, courteous and professional. When he picked us up, he helped me into the vehicle like a celebrity. We never had to explain any directions in regards to our multiple stops. He knew exactly where to go, and was prompt every time in picking us up. We even went a little over our time, and he only smiled and said "Don't worry about it". He could have been rude about it, but instead he made my night a night to remember. I can't thank Manhattan VIP Limo enough for an amazing and memorable experience that I will truly cherish.
