I recently used this service to clean my carpets. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they offered. The technician that came out to do the cleaning was very polite and even offered a free estimate of what needed to be done prior to the cleaning. On 10/03/2012 I used Polar Bear Carpet Cleaning to clean my air ducts and at first I was just going to get the vents and returns cleaned but then the technician explained that it would be better to clean the whole system and why. My son has really bad allergies and it was causing him to get sick more. Since, we cleaned them he is breathing a lot better and I thank them for that. The price I received was much better than any other I have seen on the market for complete air duct including the furnace(199.00). I would use this service again because of their knowledge and understanding of my son's situation. Going forward I highly recommend this service for anyone and to use this cleaning service as well.

on 10/31/2012 My technician came out and cleaned my carpets and chimney for me. He gave me valuable information about my carpets being cleaned and I am very happy with the service. My carpet was dry within 2 hours and I would refer them to others that I know.

Not impressed!!!!!!!!!!! I had Polar Bear come out to my home to clean my carpet first I got a call saying their equipment broke down, then when the guy finally came out he was extremely late, the price changed after the guy started working & it took him forever to do a horrible job on my carpet. I am not impressed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
