It was very easy working with everyone in your company involved with our move. We have many fragile valuable items, office furniture as well as on of the best libraries of Oriental Art in the United States.Everything was handled with utmost care. I know that should the opportunity come again to move Moving Right Along is the company to call.

I rarely write reviews but the experience was so horrible. THey are a moving company that does bed bug fumigations, but they do neither well. So for a huge amount of money you can have them move out everything in your apartment, fumigate and move it back in 2 weeks after the exterminators deal with the building structure. Very expensive but it is guaranteed and you don't have to throw out furniture and dry clean clothes. However, that assumes that they actually provide the services. The move was horrible -- very amateur. Damaging items and throwing things into boxes (including shoving clothes into wrinkled heaps, requiring dry cleaning anyway). And the fumigation failed. So we had to do the move out and move in again. Note that all time you need to stay in a hotel. The move ins (both of them) were a nightmare. Broken items, missing items (stolen), and boxes a huge wreck and very difficult to unpack. Nothing like all my many previous upscale moves. And they play games with claims (out of huge damages they paid us$200 -- the service cost 12k!). Also they apparently have a storage service but who would store with a company that does bed bug moves and puts items in storage during the apartment extermination? They likely will claim the items are safe once fumigated but as indicated above ours weren't. If you get bed bugs after using their storage you should seek damages from this company. Please send your business elsewhere.

I would not recommend them. They damaged my hardwood floors, noted it on the contract and now say I was negligent because I did not tell them that the floors were new so that they could bring floor protection. The customer has to tell them how to do their job? If it was so important they should have asked. I would not use them nor recommend them if you are considering a move.
