Gave ProActive a call when some bad wind blew my roof apart (shingles all over the yard). Instead of repairing it like I'd assumed they'd do, they tarped my roof off for me to keep the water out and suggested I give me insurance company a call. He helped me and the adjuster out and a few weeks later I had a new roof at no cost to me! I couldn't have been more surprised that it all worked out like that. A few shingles ripped off one day, and a lifetime roof a few weeks later....just great! THANKS GUYS!
