Enrolled in the class and paid full tuition at $300. Then suddenly two hours before class was schedule to start, I received a call stating that there was no such class available. I complained about the last minute noticed and requested a refund. I have now been leaving messages for the OWNER Hugues Joseph who has promised me countless times the check is in the mail, or I would receive my refund! This has been going on over THREE (3) months. If you want honest DRIVING instructors in Rockville, MD or GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
