I wouldn't recommend this company to do work in a dead person's home. They have no clue how to do anything. Billy doesn't even know that the moulding on the floor is called moulding and called chair rail moulding "tail rail". He is always broke and has subs pay for everything than doesn't pay them which will result in liens on your property. I f your smart don't deal with this company. His pictures are fake and from properties he never did. He has never done a hardwood refinish job in his life and has no crew at all. When he gets a job he posts on craigslist to find someone to do the job. Don't get fooled and lose money! Go elsewhere

This company does the best work. I called this company after Stanley steamers came in and could not get stain up. Billy's And Cheri's Flooring came in and did a three step process. I had companies come in and all they do is steam it. Billy's And Cheri's Flooring does a three step. I'm very pleased

DO NOT use this company. Potential customers beware! I REPEAT do not use this company. My wife and I hired them to refinish our hardwood floors. What a huge mistake! We definitely had an overly unpleasant experience and we were scammed. Not only did they steal our money (we paid in full upfront), they completed very little to no work (minor sanding if you call it that), shoddy workmanship, numerous excuses and did not come back to complete the job. I hope that everyone reads this review before ever thinking of hiring Billy’s and Cheri’s Flooring. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns. There is a reason Tevault Flooring went out of business and changed their name to Billy’s and Cheri’s Flooring. The saying goes, “once a crook, always a crook.” They give a bad reputation to home contractors and hope no one else becomes a victim to this unethical company.
