I am very satisfied with the results. Marissa (sorry if I spell her name wrong) arrived early, got step up, and started right on her scheduled time. She is very pleasant and I felt comfortable with her in my apartment. I am especially happy with the bathroom! I warned her it would be a tough task but she cleaned it well. She was considerate and asked me where I wanted to put certain things. I would recommend her. =) Booking was easy. I did it online the evening before. I chose NikisClean because they bring all their cleaning supplies including the vacuum and mop. Some other cleaning companies I researched ask that the customer provides that.

We are so glad we did! The initial contact on Yelp was cordial and informative. The initial visit to determine the job was extremely professional. Then, the cleaning. Nikis did amazing job! Very thorough, house smelled amazing and my floors were shining. Eco friendly products are a plus since we have a dog. Will definitely have her back in a few weeks.
