This company is not legitimate or even rated anywhere. They do nit serve the better interest of this who have had belongings destroyed or lost. I have done much research and spoke with others who attempted to follow their "process" only it to be fed More lies and added stress the moving companies bring onto victims of moving fraud. They should nit be allowed to operate !

Terrible! They are, in my opinion, a part of the whole scam—I got scammed by American Pro Movers, and this company was offered by the broker (i.e., Trinity Moving--the company that hired American Pro) as some kind of insurance mediator. Terrible! They are, in my opinion, a part of the whole scam—I got scammed by American Pro Movers, and this company was offered by the broker (i.e., Trinity Moving--the company that hired American Pro) as some kind of insurance mediator. In the end, after a months-long wait, they offered me less than $90 as compensation for the furniture that the above named company moved for me (and managed to destroy or damage every single piece of it). I have witnesses to attest under oath how the delivery crew was (mis)treating my furniture when their demand for a tip was not met, but to no avail. A total scam!

After being cheated by one of the most reputed moving company, I decided to file a claim and demand for the demurrage for my broken valuables and damaged furniture. I had no idea how to deal with a claim. So, I hired MovingClaims.Net and they worked on my behalf. Marvin was very helpful and extremely professional handling such things. He ensured me the best outcome and eventually kept his word. I got a healthy amount from the moving company as the demurrage and they also apologized for everything which went wrong during the move.

The way movingclaims.net pulled me out of the trouble was something worth mentioning publicly. I hired them when I was in the middle of an endless dispute with a moving company. I claimed demurrage for my damaged and broken valuables and the moving company kept on denying paying. But when I involved…

The way movingclaims.net pulled me out of the trouble was something worth mentioning publicly. I hired them when I was in the middle of an endless dispute with a moving company. I claimed demurrage for my damaged and broken valuables and the moving company kept on denying paying. But when I involved movingclaims.net immediately things started to change. They filed a claim on my behalf and did something which forced the moving company to call me asking for an appointment for a settlement. In the end, I got what I looked for. It was possible because of movingclaims.net.

I made a moving claim through Movingclaims.net and that turned in favor of me in no time. Initially all those great reviews about Movingclaims.net cannot be true but they proved wrong and I am happy for that. The way Marvin and his colleagues handled my claim was something to praise for. They made the moving company paying the amount I claimed as the demurrage and also ensured an apology from the movers. I am recommending Movingclaims.net.

I was really in bad mood after my movers completed their task. Many of my valuables were broken and damaged, some of the antiques were missing, and furniture arrived with dents and scratches. I was really in bad mood after my movers completed their task. Many of my valuables were broken and damaged, some of the antiques were missing, and furniture arrived with dents and scratches. It was a total mess. I claimed $4000 to the movers for the loss. They denied to pay me. So, I contacted with MovingClaims.net. Marvin took the matter and continued the dispute and took the legal actions. Finally the moving company agreed for a settlement and paid me $3100 as compensation. I have to admit that without MovingClaims.net it was not possible at all.

I heard a lot about MovingClaims.Net from my friend. But I never thought that one day I have to go to them asking for help. However, when I relocated to FL from NJ that time I had to go through a lot because of the moving company I moved with. They have damaged many of my valuables, broken some expensive furniture and denied to compensate for the damaged items!! So, I contacted with MovingClaims.Net and Marvin took the matter. He filed a claim on my behalf and within just a week I got a call from the mover. They fixed an appointment with me and we reached to a settlement. In the end, it was a win-win situation for both the parties. Thanks to MovingClaims.Net for making this happen.
