In 1973 the idea for a healthy place where the local community could shop was shared between two families the Iles and Hoovers. The dream was realized when the families' bought a warehouse in the developing part of Altamonte Springs, and Economy Health Foods was formed. Over the years, the store and our services have expanded. We now offer organic produce and an in store cafe. We only carry brands with clean and earth friendly ingredients.
