We spent $200 to have our baby grand shipped, which would have been a great deal if they had not damaged one side of the piano. Deep gashes and scratches on one side occurred after men placed the piano on a flat roller with no cover between them. So far the company has not taken responsibility for the damage. I recommend staying far far away from All My Movers.
