BEWARE of this company! I hired him to install my above ground pool and he took a $600 deposit, did very little work, left my yard in shambles and then he agreed to come back on several occasions and did not show. When I gave him the check, he immediately took it to my bank an cashed it, therefore I was unable to cancel the check. He was supposed to show up at my residence with a backhoe for excavation and trench digging and he showed up with only 2 young guys and shovels. He was supposed to have picked up and arrived at my residence with the pool equipment he intended to install and he showed up without a single piece of pool equipment. He made excuse after excuse as to why he could not return and finish any of the work he agreed to do. He claimed there had been 3 inches of rainfall and that is why he could not come back, when in fact monthly weather records show that Claremore, Ok received less than an inch (0.78) of rain over the days in question. I will be filing lawsuit in hopes of recovering my deposit. You can follow the case on OSCN.net under my name.
