I called JC AUTO GLASS on 9/11/19 - and made an appt with JC (Juan Carlos Lopez) for a window repair on my prius. JC quoted me a price and confirmed the amount (4) times on the phone between the (2) phone conversations we had. JC called me back after the initial phone call to confirm everything - which included the confirmation of the cost of the repair. On 9/12/19 he showed up with another guy who did all the work. After the job was done he shockingly increased the price. Who does that except if your shady! JC uses bait and switch tactics. Not disclosing that he only wants cash and no checks and then tells me you have to pay with credit card. I offered to go to the ATM, but he refused that option which was 10 minutes away for me. He could have told me prior to the job being done during our (2) phone conversations how he operates. I feel he uses deceiptful tactics and will not use his services again! I also do not recommend him as a business, as using bait and switch tactics is Not Cool!!!!! He claims he forgot to tell me - at that point any honorable person would have honored the price he originally quoted and not increased the cost all of a sudden at the end after the job was done! Very deceitful!!! I hope you charging me $11 more than what you originally quoted me was worth it! Any honorable man would accept his mistake and make it right!
