Disappointing. Boxes say, "Movers who care." Wouldn't you think then when they broke things, or items are missing, they would let you know? 6 men (boys) moved my belongs from a home to a condo. (.6 miles) Late at the appointments, late getting to my condo, failed to label boxes (at least 50% had no room or indicator of room), failed placing boxes in the proper rooms, and were extremely disorganized. A 1-1/4" nail to level one of my bed tables fell out moving - left in the doorway of my master bedroom. I almost stepped on it with my foot. The person in the bathroom when I asked what this was doing here, answered abruptly "I don't know, wasn't me!" I increduously asked what do you mean? This piece is missing and you don't have an answer? "Wasn't me, not my problem" was his response. When finally one of the other workers (no one was in charge BTW) said they find it and put it in a tool box, this worker who previously answer pranced around saying he was doing a great job and I should be happy he was there. I've never been in a situtation were people were so irresponsible. I must admit that when this same person had me sign the bill without giving me a completed explanation for where my discount was I got angry and threatened him. I've never done this! He was rude, incorrigible and lacking any level of customer service appreciation. I would suggest if you are going to hire this company you make sure you supervise the entire operation and be there from start to finish
