Juvenile Mediation and Employee Relations Training.

Silva Solutions is heavily involved in Juvenile Mediation in various counties within the state of Georgia. Silva Solutions also trains employees to properly represent their employer with business protocols that include how to communicate with customers to provide a positive image and courteous relationship for clients. Additionally we teach "Red Flag" protocols and protection of customer and employee information to prevent ID theft.
