The Tickled Tutu began as a small craft project on November 1, 2009 when I was thinking about what gifts to give to friends and family for the upcoming Christmas holiday. The owner, Kristen Gorsky (or Mentasti) took 4 items of clothing from me that I cannot replace, promising to do alterations on them between Oct 31 and Nov 7. I have been texting, calling, emailing, and FB messengering since 11/21 (which she has read) but refused to respond. She billed me $39.50 for the alterations work, which I foolishly paid. Then I check the reviews for her business. She has been taken to small claims court in Anne Arundel county in the past. (not sure why but it makes me wish I had looked her up before hiring her) DO NOT HIRE HER

On February 21, 2013, I had contacted Kristen M. Mentasti about a custom made FIRST birthday tutu that I wanted delivered by the beginning of May.
Per Order# 1798760359, the date reflected on the invoice is 3/17/13, the status: On Order. It has been well over 60 days and I have not received the tutu.
I've emailed, Facebook messaged her and even called her and she's not responded or called me back about the tutu. Since I paid so early via Paypal, I was not able to dispute the payment and receive a refund. I've also reported this to the BBB so hopefully this will help me get my $46 back.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Tickled Tutu or Kristen M. Mentasti. This is not how you should run a business and ignore your customers.
