SKILLED NURSING Including a myriad of clinical treatments and services, educating family members how to care for a patient, assessments and a beneficial intermediary to physicians and providers. PHYSICAL THERAPY and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY Providing healing treatments and instruction to restore and retain range of movement HOME HEALTH AIDES: Assisting with range of motion exercises, ambulation, medication reminders, checking vital signs, monitoring and reporting to nurses. PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS Assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, supervision, meal preparation and maintaining a clean, attractive and sanitary environment.
